June 16 – 22
One of my favourite events of the whole year started this week: The Mario Marathon! It’s people playing all console Mario games to raise money for Child’s Play charity. The donations unlock the levels that they have to play, and they don’t stop playing until they finish each level. It started on Friday and will probably go until Tuesday. You should check it out!
It was a quiet book week. I borrowed two e-books from the library: The Chapel Wars by Lindsay Leavitt, and Insanity by Susan Vaught.
I finished reading three books: Landry Park by Bethany Hagen, My Last Kiss by Bethany Neal, and The Girl From the Well by Rin Chupeco.
Currently, I’m reading Sinner by Maggie Stiefvater and The Vanishing Season by Jodi Lynn Anderson.
On the blog, I posted my reviews of The Heiresses by Sara Shepard and The Dark World by Cara Lynn Shultz.
Coming up this week are my reviews of Landry Park and Mila 2.0: Renegade, by Debra Driza.
I’m going to spend the day reading on the couch, with the Mario Marathon on in the background! Happy reading!!
