Overall, while I don’t think this was as strong as Slayer, I enjoyed it and definitely want to see where Nina’s story goes next.

This premise caught my attention right away. I love a creepy story, and what’s creepier than a house in the woods where things go bump in the night?

This was just such a deliciously dark and unsettling book.

Even if I didn’t love this one, it had some fun creepy moments and was a good pick for spooky season.

This was such a fun, immersive, imaginative read!

This is the first in the series, but I’m not sure if I’m interested enough in the worldbuilding to check out the sequel when it comes out.
