I am open to receiving ARCs and finished books for review consideration. I prefer physical books, but can also review e-books (preferable format is e-pub). I do not review audiobooks. I’m currently not accepting self-published books for review.
Most of what I read is fiction (YA and adult). My preferred genres are mystery/thriller, horror, fantasy, science fiction, and historical fiction.
I am not currently participating in blog tours.
Starting in 2018, my sister is reviewing cozy mysteries for the blog. She is open to review requests for cozy mysteries, in physical and e-book format, and can be contacted at lilpingwing (at) gmail (dot) com.
When reviewing a book, we give our honest opinions. If we don’t like something, we’ll say it. We reserve the right not to review a book, and if we accept a request to review something, it does not guarantee a positive review.
We purchase many of the books that we review (or borrow from a friend/family member or the library). If we receive a copy from another source (e.g. publisher or author), it will say so in the review.
