I loved Holly Jackson’s YA series, A Good Girl’s Guide To Murder, so I was eager to read her adult debut!
I really liked this book. The mystery was well done, and there was plenty of family and friend drama on top of that. Jet’s countdown to her demise kept things tense and the pace moved along really well. I couldn’t put this one down once I started reading!
I will say that this really read as YA to me, despite Jet being 27 years old. I just couldn’t get a grasp on her being an adult. Her voice felt very young to me.
But I had so much fun reading this and putting the puzzle pieces together, and can’t wait for more from Holly Jackson!
