Week In Review

May 19 – 25

This is it! The last Week in Review post before BEA! This will be my first time attending, and also my first time in New York City! There’s a lot that I want to see and do, but I know I’m going to have a great time no matter what!

If you’re going to be there, let me know! And if you know me from Goodreads or Twitter or my blog, please come say hi!! I’m super excited to meet fellow bloggers!

It was a quiet book week for me, since I figured with BEA coming up I should hold off on ARCs and purchasing anything (although I do have a gift card for Chapters waiting to be spent!). I borrowed an ARC of Secrets and Lies by Jacqueline Green (sequel to Truth or Dare) from Kathy.

I finally finished (and loved) Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson, and I finished the twisty (Don’t You) Forget About Me by Kate Karyus Quinn.

I’m currently reading The Heiresses by Sara Shepard and The Diamond Thief by Sharon Gosling, but I might put both of those on hold so I can finish John Green’s The Fault in our Stars.

On the blog, I shared my reviews of Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas, and Second Star by Alyssa Sheinmel.

Even though I’ll be at BEA all week, I do have some posts scheduled: reviews of Neil Gaiman’s The Ocean at the End of the Lane and Sarah Strohmeyer’s The Secrets of Lily Graves, and a Waiting on Wednesday post.

Once I’m back, I’ll be putting together a post or two on my BEA experience. And now I’m off to pack for my adventure in NYC!!
