Savannah. Courtney. Peyton.
The three sisters grew up not knowing their father and not quite catching a break. But it looks like their luck is about to change when they find out the secret identity of their long-lost dad—a billionaire Las Vegas hotel owner who wants them to come live in a gorgeous penthouse hotel suite. Suddenly the Strip's most exclusive clubs are all-access, and with an unlimited credit card each, it should be easier than ever to fit right in. But in a town full of secrets and illusion, fitting in is nothing compared to finding out the truth about their past.
The Secret Diamond Sisters has been on my shelf since it came out. I knew it was a book that I wanted to read: it sounded like a fun, entertaining book.
Happily, it turned out to be exactly that! I loved seeing Peyton, Courtney, and Savannah find out about their father and try to adjust to life in Las Vegas.
Of the three girls, I think middle-child Courtney is my favourite. She’s bookish and hard-working, and since I’m also a middle child I probably identified with her in some respects.
I love sibling stories, and one of my favourite things about this book is the relationship between the three sisters. They all tried to look out for each other, even if it meant they sometimes kept kept things from each other.
I’m really looking forward to reading the sequel! I got the feeling from this book that there are more secrets to be revealed and I can’t wait to find out!
