April 25 – May 1
Happy Sunday! Today is the Ottawa blogger meet up and I’m really excited about it! I’ll probably have a post about it later this week. For now, these are the books that made their way into my home this week:
My Best Friend’s Exorcism, by Grady Hendrix (ARC);
Everyone Brave is Forgiven, by Chris Cleave (ARC);
Burn Baby Burn, by Meg Medina (library);
Their Fractured Light, by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner (library);
The Rose and the Dagger, by Renee Ahdieh (purchased e-book); and
I Woke Up Dead at the Mall, by Judy Sheehan (purchased e-book).
Thank you Penguin Random House Canada for the ARCs!
I only finished reading one book this week: Fates and Furies, by Lauren Groff. There’s a lot to think about with that one so I think it’s going to take a while to write my review.
Currently, I’m still reading Janet B. Taylor’s Into the Dim.
Last week I posted my reviews of Nicola Yoon’s Everything, Everything and Maggie Stiefvater’s The Raven King (the last book in my favourite series, The Raven Cycle).
Coming up this week are my reviews of Kara Thomas’s The Darkest Corners and Robin Wasserman’s Girls on Fire.
That’s it for me! Time to get ready for the meet up! Happy reading!

I heard about Burn Baby Burn on the All the Books podcast and it sounds so good. Can’t wait to hear what you think.
