I came away feeling very average about this one.
The story was unique, but I felt like my interest in the book was just surface-level.
I love moody, gothic suspenseful stories, and this cover and synopsis certainly drew my attention.
I kept thinking about this one after I finished reading, and I really liked it. Recommended!
This was a really fun, absorbing read. I think it’s one of the better mysteries I’ve read so far this year!
