Oh my gosh I was so excited to read this book! I loved Just One Day so so so much, and when I learned there would be a companion novel told from Willem’s perspective, I knew I had to get my hands on it.
This book had a fascinating premise, and I felt that the book followed through pretty well.
I definitely recommend this book, and its predecessor.
I’m not sure when the sequel will come out or what the plot will be, but I know I want to read it!
I really liked this book. It was a fast, fun read that held my interest from start to finish.
I didn’t love everything in this book but it was well-written and was one of those stories where I wasn’t always sure if what was going on was in the main character’s head or not, which I enjoy. If you like a more atmospheric tale where things are left to your imagination, this might be right up your alley.
If you like a spooky vibe, ghosts, and a little romance thrown in, I recommend this book.
So yes, although I really didn’t love this book, I will be reading the next and final book in the series, Reached.
