I knew that this was all going to build up to something terrible in the end, and I really couldn’t put this down as I read it.
I really loved it, and would definitely recommend it.
If you’re in the mood for something light, fun, and not too complicated, and you’re a fan of YA contemporary, this might be the book for you.
I can’t think of a single book I’ve read before involving a high school’s secret society, so if that appeals to you, you should pick this book up!

A quick, enjoyable read that felt different from much of what I’ve read this year.
Overall, I enjoyed reading this book. It was funny, touching, and although it left me wanting more, I think it’s one you should check out if you’re a contemporary YA fan.
Once I started and got drawn into Mercy’s story, I couldn’t put it down.

Unfortunately, while the idea behind this novel interested and intrigued me, I didn’t like the novel overall.
