I definitely recommend this book to readers who want a more subdued, atmospheric, and unsettling read.
The Perfectionists was another fun page-turner from Sara Shepard.
I would recommend it to historical fiction fans, but I wish I had enjoyed this book more than I did.
I feel a great sense of accomplishment now that I’ve read it and can finally check it off my list! But my feelings on the book itself are mixed.
This is a contemporary book that I loved. Highly recommended!
I pre-ordered my copy a long, long time ago, and when it showed up at my door almost two weeks before the release date, I couldn’t wait to start reading!
