Overall, though, this was a fun read, and if you like science fiction and/or video game related stories, I recommend this book.
I definitely recommend this book! It’s not as twisty as, say, Gone Girl, but I think it has more heart to it, which makes for a great balance.
If you’re looking for a spooky, atmospheric read, this is most definitely it!
The story was a great mix of present-day and historical fiction, and the mysteries are built up and then unravelled very well.
This was a very good book, and I really could not tear myself away from it! Despite my thoughts on the ending, I recommend the book, and would love to hear someone else’s thoughts on this!
