Despite my issues with certain aspects, this was definitely a delightful read overall.
This book was all over my social media, and I was excited when it was picked for one of my book clubs, since it seemed like such a fun seasonal read!
Most people I know have totally adored this book, so if you’re a romance fan and you haven’t read this one yet, you probably should!
I really liked this at first, but as it went on I began to lose interest.
This was a recent book club pick that I was really looking forward to reading!
The setting was fantastic and I did love getting the snippets of Jane’s stories, and I loved Jane’s attitude. There just didn’t feel like there was enough going on story-wise for me.
While I generally enjoy Christina Lauren books, this one was just okay for me.
I thought the outcome in terms of the romance was pretty predictable, but that didn’t make it any less fun to read.
