If you are a fan or YA and/or historical fiction, I definitely recommend this.

While I thought this book stumbled at times, I enjoyed it, and would recommend it if you enjoyed Wither.
I was drawn to this book because of a post I read recently on the Teen blog at the Indigo website, which recommended it to fans of dystopian fiction in general and The Hunger Games in particular. A positive comparison to The Hunger Games was enough to get me interested in reading this one!
I was hoping for more from this book than I got out of Linger, and I got it, for the most part.
Overall, I simply wanted more from this book. If you’ve read Shiver and enjoyed it, I recommed that you read this one, but I am really hoping for more from Forever.
I enjoy reading stories about people trying to survive, seeing how the things they’ll do and the lines they’ll cross can change as the situation becomes worse.
This is the second-last book in this series, so there are still a lot of unanswered questions, and I hope that things are resolved nicely this fall when the final book comes out!
Overall, this is a fun, quick read, very well written, and you can’t beat the price (0.99¢ on the Kobo store!).
